Powerful Stuff in Marchwood

Remmers novolac epoxy coatings have been used to treat the recently cast reinforced concrete floor and wall surfaces at the new Siemens power plant in Hampshire.

Offering permanent resistance to aggressive chemicals Epoxy CR from Remmers was the ideal solution for the water treatment building.

Installing the coating system onto green, humid concrete was a pre-requisite and resulted in selection of a special priming system, Epoxy MT100 which can be applied to extremely difficult surfaces where ordinary coatings would fail.

Specialist contractor, Floortrak of Romsey completed the work on time and on budget, despite having to install the materials prior to the roof and walls being constructed.
